Our products ship out from multiple warehouses and are shipped separately in an effort to expedite shipping. Multiple shipments will not result in additional shipping charges.
No orders will be shipped on major holidays and processing time is 1-2 days. Most orders will be shipped on business day following the day order is placed. However, please be aware that often times we don't have every article of clothing in every color and size in stock. If items are out of stock or on back order you will be notified via phone or email.
Austrian Rhinestones are usually shipped within 1-2 days. We give the real time prices of USPS, however, we reserve the right to change the carrier at out discretion based on the necessity of shipping.
All practice wear is made-to-order. The practice dance items are made when ordered. The estimated processing time is about one week. In case of return for refund, all the practice wear items are subject to 30% RESTOCKING FEE.
AIDA Dance shoes are shipped within 6-8 business weeks. In case of return, all dance shoes are subject to 30% RESTOCKING FEE provided the shoes are returned in the original package and unworn.

Internationa shipping requires mandatory insurance which will be included into the price of the shipping fees. We provide real time prices, however, we do reserve the right to change the carrier based on the necessity to deliver the item safe. The customer is responsible for all customs duty fees and costs.
